Make your player file for a Crash Team Racing seed. Every option, default and choice here comes from the ctr.apworld shipped with the latest release, so the file matches the world the host generates with. Give the downloaded file to the person generating the room. The Archipelago world page explains the bigger options, and the guide covers the rest of the setup.

Changed options are highlighted. Options you leave alone keep their default.
